I wholeheartedly recommend FedArb to anyone looking for a well-organized, efficient, timely administration of dispute resolution matters."

A Legacy of Leadership

FedArb was founded in 2004 by Hon. Abraham D. Sofaer, former U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York and Legal Advisor to the U.S. Department of State. His vision was to bring together distinguished judges and leading practitioners to resolve complex disputes with the rigor and credibility of federal courts — in a private, efficient forum.

That founding vision continues to guide FedArb today under the leadership of CEO Ken Hagen.
